Hoa Vo, Ph.D. is an Assistant professor in Interior Design at the Welch School of Art and Design, College of the Arts, Georgia State University.
Her research focuses on:

Adaptive technologies in teaching (AR, VR, digital modeling & fabrication)

Physical experiences in the built environment

Accessibility, equity, and intersectional collaborations in design.
She has published in Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology (JEDT), Journal of Creativity (JoC), Sustainability (MDPI), Academic Exchange Quarterly (AEQ), International Journal of Designs for Learning (IJDL), and multiple peer-reviewed conference proceedings. She is a member of the Interior Design Educators Council (IDEC), the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and the National Art Education Association (NAEA).
